Writing Historical Fiction can be one of the most enjoyable genre to enter into. It can, however, be one of the more difficult. No matter what your story, there are going to be facts, settings, characters and historical events that must remain accurate to maintain the reader's respect.
This contest is for those who have just begun down this exciting road, as well as for those who have traveled it for a while.

Each entry will be judged for the skill and expertise applicable to the author's experience level. Beginner writers have just as much chance of winning this contest as anyone who has already been published.

Please, read the rules below. At the bottom, you will find a short form to fill out. Fill in the required information and press the submit button. Then, use the email button to submit your story. Please, make sure it is in the required format.
Good Luck and Good Writing
